Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns for reasons of customer preference. However, for unused items with tags still attached, we accept exchanges if you apply within 7 days of receiving the item (shipping costs both ways are paid by the customer). If an item is defective or incorrectly shipped, please contact us via our Returns & Exchanges request page within 30 days of receiving it. After confirmation, we will refund or exchange it at our expense.

Return shipping
For defective or incorrectly shipped items, we cover the shipping costs.
For exchanges due to customer preference, shipping costs both ways are paid by the customer.
