Terms of service

These Terms of Service (these "Terms") set out the conditions for using the online store operated by NEWDIH ("we," "us," or "our"), the related website, and all accompanying information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are operated on infrastructure provided by Shopify.

By viewing, using, purchasing from, or otherwise using the Services, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Article 1 (Access and Accounts)

  1. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least the age of majority in Japan (18 years old), or that you use the Services with the consent of a parent or guardian.

  2. To use the Services (browsing, purchasing, etc.), we may ask you to provide information such as your email address and billing, payment, and shipping details. You represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you are authorized to provide it.

  3. You are responsible for managing your account credentials. You may not transfer, sell, lend, or license them to any third party.

Article 2 (Our products and display)

  1. We strive to display products and services as accurately as possible, but colors and appearance may differ from the actual items depending on your viewing environment (device and settings).

  2. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of products will fully meet your expectations or exactly match the display.

  3. Product descriptions may change without notice. We may also discontinue sales or limit quantities or the regions where products are offered.

  4. Some of the images of people and products we use are primarily AI-generated.

Article 3 (Orders)

  1. An order is an offer by you to enter into a sales contract. The contract is formed when we confirm receipt of the order and process and approve payment. We may accept, change, or cancel an order at our discretion, and in such cases we will endeavor to notify you at your registered email address, billing address, phone number, and so on.

  2. Purchases are intended for private use by an individual or household; resale or export for commercial purposes is not permitted.

  3. Returns and exchanges are governed solely by our Return & Refund Policy.
