Shipping for this store is a flat rate of 880 yen nationwide.
Orders with a product total of 10,000 yen or more qualify for free shipping.

[ Delivery method ]

Delivered by Sagawa Express.
The delivery method is the one designated by our store; in principle, you cannot choose it.
You may specify a delivery date and time, but we may not be able to meet your request depending on the region or courier circumstances.

[ Delivery time ]

Delivery generally takes 2-3 days after shipment is completed.
(For remote islands and similar areas, it may take about 3-4 days.)
Please note that this may not apply in regions affected by natural disasters or where large-scale events are held.

[ Damage during transit ]

When packing, we take sufficient care to prevent dents and scratches on the outer box while preparing shipments.

However, after handover to the courier, trouble during transit or damage caused by the courier may occur.
We ask for your understanding regarding dents or scratches on the outer box that do not affect the use of the product itself.
